Sexuality plays a powerful role in marriage. When it’s good, it’s very good. When it's bad – extramarital, dysfunctional, or nonexistent – it drains a marriage of intimacy and satisfaction. In the Restoring Sexuality Seminars learn skills and interventions based on an understanding of the complexity of marital sexuality that incorporates cognitive, behavioral, biological, relational, and situational factors as well as medications, sexual secrets, aging, and sexual styles.( 6 hrs CE) In the Affairs Seminars, learn a comprehensive approach to treatment and relapse-prevention based on knowledge that (contrary to common belief) affairs are not always a symptom of an underlying problem and can have complex causality and a range of outcomes. Help both the involved and injured partners gain an understanding of the affair’s meaning to their relationship and sexuality. (6 hrs CE)
