A pioneer in the field of marriage enrichment and education, Better Marriages is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization founded in 1973. Sponsors conferences for couples and the professionals who serve them. Organized in chapters with trained and certified Leader Couples leading programs, classes and conferences. Better Marriages (formerly Association for Couples in Marriage Enrichment – ACME) trains and certifies couples to lead retreats, workshops, classes, conferences, ongoing marriage enrichment groups and to mentor pre-married and newlywed couples. Resources for couples, small groups, and organizations are available.
