The Denver Adams Mark
Hotel
is the location of all 2007 Smart Marriages conference events

all workshops, training institutes and banquets.

Be sure you ask for the "Smart
Marriages Conference" rates:
$109 single/double; $119 triple; $129 quad.
(Plus tax - currently 14.85%)
Rates are available from June 20
to July 4 - (arrival June 20 - departure on July 5th) based on
availability.
(We're working on additional sleeping rooms for dates after July
5th. Check back.)
The cut-off date for accepting reservations is June 5. The
Adam's Mark is expected to sell out
well before this date, so please make your reservations ASAP.
It's much quicker/more efficient to make reservations on the 800
number.
However, if you have problems (are told there are no $109. rooms
left on your dates),
call our Group Coordinator, Vanessa Valdez, at 303-626-2504. Leave
a message.

Before you make your reservation, check the conference
program
to determine your arrival/departure dates:

Note that pre and post conference Institutes start at 8:30am and end
at 5:30pm. We suggest you arrive the night before to be in
place
by 8am. And, that you have time to catch a flight out of Denver
after Institutes end at 5:30pm.
The hotel shuttle takes approximately 45 mins.
OVERFLOW HOTELS
To book rooms at these overflow hotels, you must call the hotel
directly and
ASK for the "Smart Marriages"
rate. The conference discounts are
not available for on-line registrations. If you are told they
are sold

Adam's Mark Amenities and Cancellation
POLICY
Hotel Reservations must guaranteed with a
first-night
deposit using a credit
card.
Deposits are refundable if cancellations
are made within
72 hrs of your scheduled date of
arrival.
Children under 18 stay free in parents' room.
Roll-away beds free, based on availability.
Facilities include:
Coffee makers, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, alarm
clock radios
and high-speed internet access in all rooms - all complimentary
to guests.
Parking $12 a day
for conference attendees and hotel registrants.
Outdoor pool, health club, weight room & sauna -
complimentary to guests.
NOTE:
there is a 55%! surcharge for all long-distance calls made from
hotel rooms.

Plan ahead to meet and eat at any
of these Hotel Restuarants:
Trattoria - 6am-10pm - breakfast
and lunch buffets & dinner menu. Breakfast buffet $12.50.
Bravo! Ristorante -
fine (very fine!) Italian dining - lunch 11:30-2pm Mon-Fri.
Dinner nightly from 5:30 with singing waiters!
Advance reservations recommended.
Supreme Court -
11am-9pm for lunch, dinner. 9pm-2am drinks and lighter menu
& dancing.
Players Sports Bar -
coffee cafe & sandwiches 11am - 8pm.
The kids are out of school - make this a family vacation,
bring them along!
