Relationship Program: Divorce Prevention as an adjunct to clinical practice or in
a teaching, faith-based, or marriage education setting.
Each is a DVD-film based program for teaching small groups or for use in clinical practice.
The original program includes 8 DVD films, 10 CDs, an in-depth workbook for couples,
and a Manual for Program Leaders that is a step-by-step teacher's manual with which anyone

The newest program Ultimate Relationships: Divorce Prevention was developed at the request
of the California Healthy Marriage Coalition for teaching to groups in congregations, military bases,
community marriage projects. It includes 5 lessons on 5 couple-DVD films and a manual for program
leaders which includes for each of the 5 lessons: a mini lecture; a DVD, questions to lead a
discussion of the DVD, exercises for couples to practice in the session, and homework for the couples.
Each class or lesson is designed to be 2.5 hours long. The couples on the DVDs are easy to identify with and provide inspiration, a role model, and a memory aide for the viewers. Smart Marriages conference participants will be
