This information will be distributed via email to those of your gender who are
looking for roommates. You will also receive the list of those looking for
a roommate.

It is up to you to contact each other and work out the details.

Make a reservation at the Hilton San Francisco 800-445-8667 before
you find a roommate to be sure that you have a room! Be sure to
reserve a double/double - a room with two queen beds instead of a king-sized bed.

After you find a roommate, be sure to:

1) Contact the hotel and cancel any reservation you won't be using.
If you don't cancel the hotel reservation, you will be charged for the first night!

2) Add the roommate's name to the room you will be sharing. Tell the hotel that you want
the hotel to split the bill.

3 ) Email me so I can take your name off the 'looking-for-a-roommate' list.
